Bee Naturals was founded in 1992 when Barbara Chappuis, a Registered Nurse, was not getting the results she needed. Her hands were cracked, bleeding, and raw from the constant hand washing and harsh chemicals at the hospital. This inspired her to create products that would address these issues.

While the term "all-natural" has become nearly meaningless, we formulate our products with ingredients that are the purest and safest we can source and that have a safe track record for topical (external skin) use. We use synthesized hyaluronic acid for better purity and ethical sourcing, and we avoid nasty chemicals and non-renewables like mineral oil.

Although not USDA certified organic, we prioritize organic ingredients, especially for oils prone to harmful residue. We source carefully to keep prices affordable, and we're committed to animal welfare and safety, never using ingredients from sources that don't demonstrate their commitment to animal welfare. Our products are gluten-free, but not certified as such, as this would drive up the cost to a level we consider unacceptable.
